Throughout my life I have enjoyed working hands on. I started to follow the trades at age 17 and have never lost my aspiration for it. I chose welding as my career choice because I enjoy working with metals and architecture. I am a very driven person facinated with this field of work. The amazing things metals can do with the change in temperature and the types of welds are facinating. Metal metallurgy is a subject I'm very familiar with. I comprehend the change in characteristics of iron and quenched and tempered steels. I am confident that my knowledge of metals far exceeds a welder with no colege education.
